Cross-Country Schooling and Stadium Jumping

jumpCoursesThe cross-country course consists of many different types of jumps, ditches and banks at a variety of heights and widths making it a great place to school your horse in preparation for competition, or to ride just for fun. There are also a number of show quality stadium jumps, sometimes interspersed among the cross-country jumps, or available to set-up as you like.

The jump course field, located on well-drained sandy soils, is open when the footing is good. This can be as early as late April through to late November. The trails and big fields require drier conditions, but are generally are open late-June through November. Fall is actually the best time to ride the trails because of the better footing and fewer bugs.
